About the role

As the Project Sales Area Manager at PT RBShera Solusi Bangunan Indonesia, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing key customer relationships in your region. This full-time role will see you strategically build a strong sales pipeline and provide expert solutions to help our clients achieve their construction and building projects.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide expert technical advice and solutions to customers to meet their project needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader sales and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry events and build a strong network within the local market.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the construction/building materials industry.
  • Strong networking abilities and proven experience working with architects, developers and contractors.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, building solutions and project management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build trusting relationships with customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems.
  • Willing to travel (Homebase: Denpasar).
