Looking for a hands-on Sales Manager who can lead a small team while maintaining a strong personal sales performance. This role requires a proactive, logical, and execution-driven leader who can control the market, build long-term client relationships, and drive consistent sales results.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a sales team of 1–2 members
  • Maintain individual sales targets in addition to team targets
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and pipelines
  • Actively engage the market: event organizers, rental companies, system integrators, production houses
  • Convert existing marketing leads into sales
  • Build, manage, and expand a database of potential and active clients
  • Control and analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
  • Position the company as a market leader within its product segment
  • Provide regular performance reports and market insights directly to the owner
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
  • Previous experience as Sales Manager or Senior Sales
  • Proven track record in individual and team sales targets
