Job summary

A leading telecommunication infrastructure provider is seeking a Sales Supervisor to target sales achievements through effective channel management. The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's Degree, 2 years of experience in a related field, and strong skills in sales strategy and leadership. You will be responsible for leading and managing a direct sales team while ensuring targets are met and developing less experienced members. Experience in door-to-door sales and knowledge of ISP products is essential.

Responsibilities

Responsible to target sales achievement of sales channel corner

Lead, guide, and manage direct sales team and ensure to achieve sales target

Overseeing the development of less experienced members of team as well as dealer

Drive sales plan through the sales channel corner in given geographical areas and communicating the company view point and sales tactics, plan, and campaign

Maximize sales through effective use of business KPL's and performance management process

Ensuring deadlines and targets are achieve whilst maintaining number of point and sales team

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field

At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position (as supervisor)

Good knowledge about ISP products into residential

Have experience doing door to door sales

Strong analytical, sales strategy, leadership, excellent communication skill, target oriented, and customer oriented
