Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of targets.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and strengthen long-term customer partnerships through proactive engagement, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Manage the sales pipeline with strong forecasting, prioritization, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to Management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in sales or business development. B2B experience with supervisory or managerial exposure is preferred.
  • Prior experience or strong network within Interior Designers, Architects, or Main Contractors will be an added advantage.
  • Well-organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver product briefings and proposals confidently to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
  • Must possess own vehicle for client visits and sales activities.
