We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Print Designer to join our Development team in delivering trend-driven, innovative, and commercially viable prints for our fashion collections. This role is essential to shaping the visual identity of our brand through original textile artwork and compelling print designs that resonate with our customer base.

As a Print Designer, you will be responsible for creating original prints and adapting existing artworks, ensuring seamless execution from concept through to production. You will collaborate closely with the Design, Fabric, Development and Production teams to maintain seasonal relevance and uphold quality standards. Strong technical skills in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), and the ability to work in repeat formats are essential.

In addition to core print responsibilities, this role also supports graphic design initiatives such as packaging, lookbooks, marketing assets, and social media content under the guidance of the Senior Graphic Designer. Key Responsibilities:

Print Design:

Create and adapt original print designs or modify bought artwork from print vendors or vintage

Has the ability to paint and draw

Strong ability to execute print/pattern in repeat format

Edit and create additional colour ways for original artworks

Reduce colours to accommodate printers colour limitations

Match seasonal colour palettes and execute colour ways

Prepare artwork for production by colour-separating and cleaning in Photoshop

Keep and maintain print artwork library both digital and vintage archive

Main contact with fabric mills and suppliers, ensuring all work is adhering to design and production calendar and deadlines are being met in a timely manner

CAD, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop knowledge

Process new artwork, approval, and strike offs to and from the supplier

Assist with processing of sample range fabrication orders, and create fabric tracking record, and follow up of print sample/approval

Work closely with design team to follow their comments and achieve final product that meets their creative brief

Graphic Design, Support Senior Graphic Designer in the following areas -

Packaging creation when required / if needed

Make size labels, care label and special care labels for stores

Setting up lay out or drafts for look book - style number, names, prints, and fabrication detail/certification. Putting in the imagery of look book when needed

Renaming and resizing images for sales (JOOR and Indigo8)

Design assets for a variety of marketing, PR, and business needs such as lookbooks, invitations, press packs and other brand materials and internal presentations when required / if needed

Design and production of digital content for our websites and social networks when required / if needed

Graphic creation/web design of new pages and/or features on our websites when required / if needed

Design of social media assets with a focus on the brand social networks, Instagram, and Facebook (organic and paid) when required / if needed

Assist in creating, distributing and management of seasonal campaign assets across all global organic and paid social channels when required and if needed

Collaborate with eCommerce and Marketing teams to create high-quality content across other priority owned and paid channels such as newsletters, advertising, website etc when required and if needed

Develop animation, graphics, and font treatment/proposal for editorial, campaign assetswhen required and if needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with the preferred major of Textile Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related creative field

Should have at least 3 years of working experiences in print design within a fashion, textiles, or retail environment

Strong artistic skills, with the ability to hand-draw, paint, and develop original artworks

Proven ability to create and adapt prints in seamless repeat formats

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator; CAD skills essential

Experience in preparing production-ready artwork, including colour separation and print cleaning

Solid understanding of colour theory and the ability to edit artworks into multiple colourways and match seasonal palettes

Familiarity with print production processes and working within printer colour limitations

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and maintain an artwork library (digital and vintage)

Comfortable working with fabric mills and suppliers, with experience handling artwork approvals and strike-offs

Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple priorities

Strong attention to detail and a creative eye aligned with fashion trends and brand direction

Experience supporting graphic design tasks such as packaging, labels, lookbooks, and digital content

Basic understanding of social media content creation, including assets for Instagram and Facebook

Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with Design, Marketing, and eCommerce teams
