Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships to expand market presence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group objectives.
  • Establish performance metrics and ensure continuous capability development of the team.
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-centric, and digitally-driven sales culture.
  • Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Integrate digital sales channels, e-commerce platforms, and social media strategies to boost sales.
  • Leverage data analytics, digital marketing, and AI-driven tools to enhance customer targeting and conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across both traditional and digital touchpoints.
  • Represent the company in high-level negotiations, presentations, and business forums.
Operational Excellence
  • Develop sales policies, pricing strategies, and incentive schemes aligned with business goals.
  • Prepare and manage annual sales budgets, forecasts, and reports.
