We’re seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development Specialist to lead partnership initiatives and community engagement. This role is key to building alliances that accelerate Mayar’s impact and visibility in the creator and business space.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and engage potential partners, from tech platforms to creator networks.
• Develop partnership programs that support co-marketing, product integration, or joint initiatives.
• Nurture and grow communities around Mayar—creators, startups, SMEs, and beyond.
• Represent Mayar at industry events, webinars, and meetups.
• Work with internal teams to align messaging and surface partnership opportunities.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or community roles.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Familiarity with the digital creator economy, startup ecosystem, or SaaS products.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple relationships, and drive measurable outcomes.
