Key Responsibility :
- Sales project management who will handle daily operational of Sozo Priority Concierge, maintain the key performance and monitoring of sales metrics for Sozo Priority Concierge
- Project Management: Oversee and manage sales-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Track project milestones, analyze risks, and implement corrective actions to meet goals
- Sales Support & Analysis: Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Assist in developing sales strategies based on data-driven insights and competitive analysis.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track sales performance and project KPIs. Work closely with sales teams to optimize lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention strategies.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and interpret data to drive informed business decisions. Develop data models and visualizations to track project performance, sales efficiency, and business KPIs. Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational and sales processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, sales support, or data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with leadership and drive sales to the subordinate.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to streamline the project data into actionable business insights.
