Job description

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a variety of projects across digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design brand-consistent graphics for digital channels, both paid and organic

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media visuals

  • Design layouts for workbooks, educational materials, and internal documents

  • Produce print-ready assets such as posters, flyers, and banners for events

  • Assist in creating presentations and infographics for internal and external use

  • Contribute creative ideas to strengthen and evolve the brand’s visual identity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

  • Internship or 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools

  • Strong understanding of basic design principles and visual storytelling

  • Ability to stay within brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative input

  • Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
