An exciting opportunity for a Junior Graphic Designer at a leading retail company in Jakarta. The role requires creativity and proficiency in design software to produce engaging visuals for digital and print platforms. You will work with the marketing team on various projects that strengthen brand identity and contribute to its evolution.
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a variety of projects across digital and print platforms.
Responsibilities:
Design brand-consistent graphics for digital channels, both paid and organic
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media visuals
Design layouts for workbooks, educational materials, and internal documents
Produce print-ready assets such as posters, flyers, and banners for events
Assist in creating presentations and infographics for internal and external use
Contribute creative ideas to strengthen and evolve the brand’s visual identity
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
Internship or 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
Strong understanding of basic design principles and visual storytelling
Ability to stay within brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative input
Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects
Strong communication and collaboration skills
