About the role
As the Manager HRGA, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Human Resources and General Affairs functions within PT. GRAHA ANDRASENTRA PROPERTINDO, TBK', a leading company in the Property industry. This full-time position is based in South Bogor, West Java, providing you with the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and systems to support the company's growth and employee engagement
Managing the recruitment, selection, onboarding and training of new employees
Overseeing employee performance management, including conducting reviews and providing feedback
Administering payroll, benefits and other HR-related activities
Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
Coordinating general affairs tasks such as office management, procurement and vendor management
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges
Providing strategic HR advice and recommendations to the senior leadership team
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR management role, preferably within the Hospitality & Tourism industry
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practices, as well as applicable labour laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify and implement HR-related improvements
Proven track record in creating and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
