About the role

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding the customer base for PT ANS MOBILE TEKNOLOGI, a leading provider of mobile technology solutions. Based in the vibrant city of South Jakarta, this full‑time position offers the opportunity to showcase your sales expertise and build lasting relationships with clients.

What you’ll be doing
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and generate referrals
  • Conducting market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring client satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Tracking and reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
What we’re looking for
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably in the account and relationship management sector
  • Can speak Mandarin fluently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present to clients
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Highly motivated, self‑driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the mobile technology industry and its sales dynamics is preferred
