Manager Warehouse for Inventory Control e-Commerce

About the role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager Warehouse for Inventory Control e-Commerce to join our team based in Tangerang, Banten. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective management of our e-commerce warehouse operations.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement strategies to optimise warehouse operations and inventory management for our e-commerce business
• Oversee the daily activities of the warehouse team, ensuring productivity, efficiency and compliance with standard operating procedures
• Monitor and analyse inventory levels, identifying opportunities to improve stock control and reduce costs
• Collaborate with the logistics and fulfilment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery
• Maintain detailed records and generate reports on warehouse performance and inventory status
• Lead and motivate the warehouse team, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills
• Implement and maintain warehouse safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment
