Sanggar ASI (Mom's Breastfriend) currently seeks candidates for the following positions in Jogja:

Sustainable Responsibility Manager
  • Education: S1 in Health, Midwifery, Nursing, Nutrition, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years managing or leading community/educational programs.
  • Certification: Breastfeeding Counselor and PMBA Counselor.

Job Description: Design and oversee social programs at Sanggar ASI—including counseling, education, events, community building, and collaborations—to broaden impact sustainably.

Customer Sales & Management Relationship Officer
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK; preferred Business, Administration, Hospitality, Communication.
  • Higher Education: D1–D3/S1 in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Health, or relevant fields.
  • Experience: 1 year (D3/S1) or 2 years (SMA/SMK) in customer service, offline sales, retail, events, or front‑liner roles.
  • Additional: Experience in baby‑care, UMKM, or community sectors is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and relevant organizational/magang experience are considered.

Job Description: Provide professional offline and online sales and service, manage CRM to improve experience, handle complaints, drive repeat orders, and build loyalty for Sanggar ASI’s long‑term sustainability.

Marketing & Sales Manager
  • Education: S1 in Management, Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in marketing with proven team leadership.
  • Skills: Digital marketing and data analysis; ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Personal Traits: Strong communication, leadership, and target‑oriented.

Job Description: Develop online/offline marketing and sales strategies aligned with Sanggar ASI’s mission, strengthen brand and relationships with partners, volunteers, communities, and customers to extend reach and support sustainability.

Finance & HE/GA Manager
  • Education: Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Administration, or Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR/Finance/Administration, preferably in social organizations or UMKM.

Job Description: Manage the organization’s finances—budgeting, cash flow, reporting, taxation, and compliance—and oversee HR and general administration for efficient office operations.
