A manufacturing company located in Tangerang is seeking a Senior Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting functions. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position, with strong skills in finance management, budgeting, and tax processes. Proficiency in accounting software and excellent communication in both Bahasa and English are essential. The company offers a dynamic work environment and a chance to be part of a leading colorant manufacturer in Southeast Asia.
Formación
- Minimum 10 years of working experience as a Senior Finance & Accounting Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with accounting systems and an ERP system is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
Responsabilidades
- Manage all Finance Department functions for day-to-day accounting activities.
- Draft and manage company budgets.
- Ensure accurate tax management and process payments.

- Manage all Finance Department functions to ensure complete day-to-day accounting and financial activities
- Manage month-end closing and issue monthly management accounts on time
- Plan, coordinate and control cash flow and issue relevant reports
- Draft, implement and manage company budgets
- Coordinate with external auditing companies
- Manage monthly & yearly tax (art 21, CIT, etc)
- Set up and manage Finance and Accounting related procedures
- Manage, train and support subordinates and provide guidance on accounting operations
- Prepare and present monthly batch costing exception report
- Maintain the fixed assets register
- Ensure all tax related issues are dealt with correctly and on time
- Process payments and payroll
- Minimum Diploma III majoring in Accounting
- Minimum 10 years of working experience as a Senior Finance & Accounting Manager in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with accounting system (Accurate) & an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365 is an advantage)
- Working knowledge in ISO 9001:2015
- Advanced skills in Ms. Excel and Ms. Word
- Excellent communication in Bahasa and English (spoken and written)
- Accuracy / attention to detail, deadline-driven and respects strict confidentiality
