A logistics and freight forwarding company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Customer Service Airfreight. The role involves managing air freight shipments, coordinating with airlines, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in air freight customer service. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential. - Process and manage air freight shipments from booking to delivery.
- Coordinate closely with airlines and overseas agents.
- Monitor customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Atlantic Container Line is a dynamic and international import export logistics and freight forwarding business (Since 1999). We require an enthusiastic, well experienced and permanent employment opportunity in the role as "Assistant Manager Customer Service Airfreight" to join our dedicated team.
- Process, monitor, and manage air freight shipments from booking to final delivery.
- Arrange flight bookings and coordinate closely with airlines, overseas agents, and all relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and track customer orders to ensure timely delivery, providing proactive status updates when required.
- Coordinate and maintain effective communication with customers, carriers, overseas agents, and internal teams.
- Track flight schedules and arrivals, promptly informing customers of any delays or deviations.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries, operational issues, and service-related challenges in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately input and maintain shipment data in operational systems, ensuring all records are complete and up to date.
- Manage daily tasks and elevate shipment issues or irregularities to the manager when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth air freight operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferably in Logistics Management).
- Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 5 year(s) or more of working experience as Air Freight Customer Service & Freight Forwarding.
- Have an effective communication and problem solving ability.
- Responsible, reliable, high initiative.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skill.
- Well-developed planning and organization skills.
