JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Introduce Rich's products and applications to customers
2. Consult and guide customers to effectively use products of Rich
3. Understand customers’ needs and create value-add product solutions
4. Tailor product mix and solutions to grow account volumes and profitability
5. Responsible for Foodservice development and ensure the volume growth
6. Use solution selling to expand product mix and volumes
7. Develop and expand new customers base
8. Assist with product launches
9. Conduct product demonstrations
10. Execute promotional activities to increase sales volume
11. Provide technical service to customers and outlets
12. Support and provide service on new outlet openings
13. Deliver new applications to potential customers
14. Support customers in developing new applications
15. Participate in trade shows as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Barista/Bartender with 3 years of experience working in a similar role in a related industry or hotel is an advantage
2. Minimum Diploma Degree graduate, major in Culinary Arts or Food & Beverage
3. Demonstrated skills as a Pastry/Culinary Chef or Barista is highly regarded
4. Demonstrated ability to engage customers and close sales
5. Excellent communication & presentation skills
6. Excellent customer relationship management skills
7. Excellent knowledge of local markets, industry, and market trends
8. Willingness to travel frequently
9. Computer literacy
