Job summary

A leading logistics company in Bogor, Indonesia, seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the entire operations of the self-operated warehouse. Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall operations of the warehouse, including inbound, storage, outbound, sorting, and all processes.
• Handle operational exceptions, communicate with service providers or customers, and ensure effective problem resolution.
• Manage warehouse operational quality, achieve KPI targets, and optimize processes and operating costs.
• Coordinate with internal departments for efficient follow-up and closure of operational tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
