Job description

Receive closed-client files from the Sales team and ensure PKS has been processed correctly and signed by both parties.

Checking on budget that received from the Sales Team/Quotation Team.

Execute the planned tour package and distribute tasks to the internal team.

Coordinate the operation team and vendor partners (local partners, hotels, transportation, etc.).

Managing costing (margin recovery & managing cost).

Ensure various needs and requirements of company clients, according to the deal (including Luggage Tags, Banners, Participant Handbooks, etc).

Conduct meetings with clients regarding the sales, tour preparations, feedback, etc.

Checking on financial administration preparation (related to tour departure).

Checking on operation team's work.

Briefing the Tour Leader regarding the tour details.

Monitor the on-going group and carry out trouble‐shooting and mitigation if operational problems occur in the field.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree of Tourism from a reputable University.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in operation tour travel agent.
• Having a good knowledge with product & destinations.
• Ability to work efficiently with the systems and procedures, attentive to detail, strong problem‑solving skills and a can‑do flexible attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline.
• Flexibility in working timing.
• Ability to work in team, good leadership and resolve problems.
• Strong personality, polite, charming, professional and service oriented.
• Excellent command of spoken & written English.
