Senior Finance Manager
Job summary
A leading finance solutions provider in Indonesia is seeking a commercially driven finance leader to manage the country finance function. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 15 years of progressive finance experience, strong technical knowledge, and proven leadership in finance teams. This role involves ownership of financial reporting, compliance, and strategic business partnering, with direct collaboration with country leadership. The position is fully onsite and offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of finance professionals in a high-visibility environment.
Qualifications
- 8–15+ years of progressive finance experience.
- Strong foundation in Big 4 or mid-tier audit preferred.
- Proven experience leading finance teams and managing full finance functions.
- Strong technical knowledge in reporting, tax, compliance, and controls.
- Commercially astute with strong business partnering skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the full finance function including month-end, year-end, and statutory reporting.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/local GAAP and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 finance staff.

Cartrack Indonesia is seeking a commercially driven and hands-on finance leader to head the country finance function. This role is suitable for either:
- An experienced Head of Finance / CFO, or
- A high-potential Senior Finance Manager ready to step into a broader leadership mandate.
You will lead a team of 15 finance professionals and take full ownership of financial reporting, compliance, operational finance, governance, and strategic business partnering.
This is a high-visibility leadership position with direct exposure to Country and Regional stakeholders.
- Own the full finance function including month-end, year-end, and statutory reporting
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/local GAAP and Indonesian tax regulations
- Oversee internal controls, risk management, and financial governance
- Lead external audits and manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and banks
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Provide commercial insights to support revenue growth, margin optimization, and cost management
- Partner closely with Country Leadership on strategic decision-making
- Lead financial modelling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation
- Oversee AR, AP, GL, treasury, tax, billing, and cash flow management
- Strengthen finance processes, reporting accuracy, and automation initiatives
- Ensure disciplined working capital management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 finance staff
- Build a strong performance culture with accountability and succession planning
- Elevate finance capability to support business growth
- 8–15+ years of progressive finance experience
- Strong foundation in Big 4 or mid-tier audit preferred
- Proven experience leading finance teams and managing full finance functions
- Strong technical knowledge in reporting, tax, compliance, and controls
- Commercially astute with strong business partnering skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
