Job summary
A financial services company in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a senior financial manager. The ideal candidate will oversee financial statements, manage tax reporting, and support budget preparation. Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant experience, be fluent in Mandarin, and ideally proficient in English. The position offers opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of working experience in similar roles.
- Experience managing a team.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required.
Responsibilities
- In charge of Produce and Monthly Review, Analyse Financial Statements.
- Responsible for monthly review of tax payments and reporting.
- Liaise with tax consultant for monthly payments and yearly financial statements.

- In charge of Produce and Monthly Review, Analyse Financial Statements;
- In charge of monthly review of all tax payments and reporting for holding and subsidiaries (PPh 23, 4(2) and VAT (PPn Debit & Credit));
- Responsible with payroll calculation and monthly withholding tax Article 21 (Employee salary) included tax payment and reporting;
- In charge of reviewing and verifying weekly payment to vendors;
- Internal control of accounts receivable and accounts payable;
- Liaise with tax consultant for monthly tax payment, tax filing return and yearly financial statements (CIT);
- Liaise with banks on all banking related issues;
- In charge of providing data for the yearly budget for the company;
- Suggest improvements and information on the activities.
- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance (CFA/CPA/MBA would be a plus);
- At least 10 years of working experience in similar roles;
- Experienced in managing a team;
- Experience in Accurate System;
- Fluent in Mandarin;
- Fluent in English would be a plus.
