Job summary
A leading residential developer in the UK is seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Sevenoaks, Kent. This role offers a supportive working culture and the chance to work on exciting low-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate will have previous QS experience and a track record of longevity in their roles. Salary is dependent on experience.
Qualifications
- Strong background in quantity surveying with relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work on low-rise apartment or house builds.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and management of costs for residential projects.
- Provide support in the budget management and valuation process.
