Stable Way Site Manager needed in West London Paying £20.86 per day Ref 5271527

Full time hrs on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as thesingle point of contactfor residents, managing tenancy issues, anti-social behaviour, and communal area concerns.
  • Oversee theday-to-day operationsof temporary accommodation schemes for homeless applicants.
  • Coordinate with contractors and internal services to resolve resident enquiries and maintain high service standards.
  • Lead onsite improvements, including addressing unauthorised or illegal activities through appropriate legal channels.
  • Represent residents in service-related matters, ensuring ajoined-up approachacross teams such as repairs, income, and social services.
  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders includingWest Way Trust, caretaking teams, and social care services.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience intenancy or housing management, ideally within a supported housing or community setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage sensitive issues confidently.
  • A collaborative approach to service delivery and resident engagement.
  • Knowledge of housing legislation and safeguarding practices is desirable.
