Job summary

A leading energy company seeks a Site Manager with extensive experience in photovoltaic project construction. Responsibilities include supervising EPC works, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring quality and environmental standards. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and at least five years of relevant experience, with the ability to work autonomously and travel as required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in PV Project construction.
• Driving License required.
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Control and evaluate sub-EPC works during construction and commissioning.
• Prepare weekly progress reports including deviations and efficiency ratios.
• Maintain good relations with site interlocutors.

Main Responsibilities

• Sitemanagerrol,controlandevaluatethesubEPCworksonsiteduringalltheconstructionandcommissioningphaseuntilstartofO&M,aswellassupervisetherequirementsand/orconditionsagreedwiththeowner/technicaladvisor,identifyingincidents,proposingandtakingactionsaccordingtothePM.
• Supervisionandorganizationoftheassignedworks,fromthepointofviewofQualityandEnvironment,aswellasmaintainingadirectdialoguewiththeDirettoredeiLavoriand/ortheRSPPoftheproject.
• Maintaininggoodrelationswithourowerinterlocutorsonsite.
• Monitoring,controlandmanagementtheconstruction(uptodate),inaccordancewiththescheduledateofthecontract.
• Prepare weekly report with the progress status of the work, deviations and most relevant tasks as well as the efficiency ratios according to the schedule.

Requirements

• ValuableBachelor’sDegreeinIndustrialEngineering.DesirableElectricalorMechanicalSpecialization.
• DrivingLicense.
