A recruitment agency is seeking an HR Advisor to provide support at their Somerset site while also engaging in employee relations and performance management. The ideal candidate should possess a CIPD Level 5 qualification and strong organisational skills. Responsibilities include managing grievances, updating HR policies, and supporting onboarding and training initiatives, all while receiving virtual support from a dedicated team.

Location: Somerset
As an HR Advisor, you will work alongside a team that includes a department head, another HR advisor, and a training HR administrator. While primarily based at the Somerset site, you will receive continuous virtual support from the team located at our Suffolk sites.
The department head will conduct regular on-site visits and be accessible via Teams for daily assistance and training.
In this role, you will engage with employee relations and performance management, providing necessary support to management. You will also play a key role in enhancing HR functions, including policy development and implementation.
The HR advisor will ensure timely handling of policies, grievances, and HR-related inquiries, fostering collaboration despite geographical separation.
