Job description

Job Type: Permanent, Sector: HR & Training, Region: London, Location: Baskerville House, Birmingham OR Force Headquarters, London. Salary: £35,754.47 per annum plus £4,613.61 London Allowance (London-based only).

What you’ll be doing:
  • Lead a varied portfolio of resourcing activity, developing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Utilise all available resourcing tools for advertising, direct sourcing, and agency engagement.
  • Drive improvements and modernisation within the recruitment function.
  • Act as first point of contact for resourcing matters, providing expert advice to stakeholders.
What you’ll bring to the team:
  • Proven experience in sourcing candidates using multiple channels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to deliver recruitment solutions.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practice and regulatory requirements.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience of establishing productive working relationships with colleagues and candidates (internally and externally) and across all levels of seniority.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent experience in resourcing or related field.

Vetting & Medical:
