Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end payroll implementations from kick-off to go-live and BAU.
  • Configure, test and validate payroll systems for SaaS and outsourced payroll clients.
  • Partner with Project Managers & Solution Architects on solution design documents.
  • Act as payroll SME in sales conversations, supporting late-stage deals.
  • Identify, own and deliver process improvements across payroll implementation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success & Payroll Bureau teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience delivering UK payroll system implementations (bureau / outsourced / SaaS).
  • Strong end-to-end UK payroll knowledge & legislation expertise.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
  • Confident stakeholder manager with excellent client-facing communication.
  • Advanced Excel / Sheets skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivots, formulas).
  • CIPP (or equivalent) desirable but not essential.
