Job description
Location: Hybrid or Remote
Salary: Dependent on experience.
CE Global Partners, a leading payroll outsourcing specialist, is seeking a Workday Payroll Manager to support clients with UK Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Maintain compliance with all payroll and tax laws.
- Manage relationships with external payroll vendors, employees, and benefit providers.
- Oversee system upgrades, implementations, and technology selection.
- Manage client relationships up to CHRO and HR Director levels.
- Handle commission and bonus calculations.
- Provide advice on technical payroll requirements, including benefits and statutory payments.
- Assist the Finance team with payroll reporting.
- Collaborate with HR to resolve queries promptly.
- Manage payroll governance and variance control.
- Implement new payroll controls and governance measures.
- Upskill payroll administrators to maximize system and team efficiency.
Experience with the Workday Payroll module is essential.
