Job summary

A dynamic recruitment agency is seeking a Part-Time HR Advisor to enhance employee engagement and support various HR functions. The role involves providing professional HR services across the employee life-cycle and building relationships with management to encourage performance and retention. CIPD Level 5 qualification and experience with HRIS are required. This position offers a collaborative work environment focused on professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional HR service across all stages of the employee life-cycle.
  • Build strong relationships with managers to support performance and retention.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including investigations and grievances.
  • Analyse and report on HR data to identify trends.
  • Support recruitment, on-boarding, and apprenticeship processes.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate data management.
  • Review and update HR policies in line with legislation.
  • Provide general HR administrative support.
