A fast-paced energy client is seeking a Senior HR Data Analyst to join their progressive HR Data team. This full-time role requires expertise in handling HR data, where you'll convert complex metrics into actionable insights, utilizing Power BI for dynamic visuals. You'll ensure compliance while leading data projects and coaching analysts. The position offers a hybrid working environment based out of Nottingham, suitable for those passionate about data-driven decision-making. An initial six-month contract with potential for extension is available.
