Contract Length: Until 31/03/26
Location: Hybrid/London or Bristol – 2-3 days per week on site
IR35: Inside
Pay Rate to Intermediary: Market Rate

Spinwell is recruiting for an Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and HCM Delivery Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ORACLE FUSION CLOUD PAYROLL AND HCM DELIVERY MANAGER

• Manage the development and deployment of IT solutions, change and risk management and the interaction between development and support services.
• Take ownership of technical design decisions throughout the delivery and assist project decision‑making around the appropriate way to achieve deployment.
• Use data to inform planning.
• Manage complex internal and external dependencies.
• Ensure service delivery adheres to the appropriate standards.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE ORACLE FUSION CLOUD PAYROLL AND HCM DELIVERY MANAGER JOB

• A degree level qualification (essential)
• Strong payroll function knowledge
• Strong people function knowledge cutting across transactional and strategic HR business areas (essential)
• Over ten years’ experience in complex ERP enabled transformation projects/programmes(desirable)
• Experience of managing complex stakeholder landscape (essential)
• Experience of working effectively in a complex third‑party supplier landscape (essential)
• Minimum of two Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM end‑to‑end implementation programme experience in large organisations (essential)
• Strong communicator and proficiency in business documentation (essential)
• Proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, Word (essential)
• Ability to work independently (essential)
