Are you ready to influence the direction of global investment solutions? As an Investment Product Strategy Manager, you'll play a critical role in bringing innovative products to market and ensuring they meet the evolving needs of investors worldwide.

In this role you will
  • Lead strategic product initiatives (launch of mutual funds and ETFs) from approval through implementation, acting as the primary point of accountability for enterprise-wide projects
  • Drive project success by creating and managing detailed plans, setting milestones, and ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Partner with research and implementation teams to bridge ideas and execution, anticipating challenges and developing smart solutions
  • Shape go-to-market strategies by working closely with Product Specialists, Marketing, and Sales to deliver impactful launches, training, and communications
  • Produce high-quality documentation for governance committees and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and precision
  • Influence decisions using your investment expertise and strategic insight, keeping senior leaders informed and engaged
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and contribute to global product planning

What it takes
  • Proven experience of working within the investment industry
  • Experience in leading medium to small-scale and/or cross-enterprise project teams
  • Previous project management experience including estimating, scheduling & planning
  • Excellent communication skills - this role requires you to have a strong presence whilst interacting with various levels of seniority across the business
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
