Sandal Wakefield is looking for a Parts Advisor. Your role: You\'ll give individual advice to customers on everything from wheels to tyres to air conditioning systems. Each time, you\'ll look to ensure that the service you provide is everything the customer would expect and more. We want you to be proud of the parts and the service you provide.
Your profile: Your product and technical knowledge will cover installation and retrofitting. You\'ll also have had business or automotive training, possibly in selling parts, and a full driving licence is essential. Beyond this, you\'ll be keen to develop what you know through updates, hands-on model experience and training.
- Provide individual customer advice on parts and related services, including wheels, tyres and air conditioning systems.
- Ensure service quality meets or exceeds customer expectations and reflects the company standard.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of parts, installation and retrofitting processes.
- Product and technical knowledge covering installation and retrofitting.

- An attractive salary - New improved payplan now in place. Basic salary £28,000, with uncapped OTE, expected earnings in the region of £31,500.
