- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the service and repair process
- Booking vehicles in for service, MOT or repair work efficiently and accurately
- Communicating clearly with customers about work required and associated costs
- Liaising with workshop technicians to monitor the status of vehicles
- Advising on additional work or preventative maintenance where appropriate
- Ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate and compliant
- Maintaining BYD brand standards in customer care and presentation
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role, ideally within a busy dealership
- Strong understanding of automotive service and repair processes
- A passion for delivering a premium customer experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office
- A full UK driving licence is required
