A leading real estate firm in the UK is seeking a dedicated marketing professional for a unique dual role within both the Rural and UK Residential Marketing teams. Qualifications

Role Overview

This is a unique role in that you will be a member of both the Rural Marketing team and the UK Residential Marketing team, as this role supports both our Country House Department (CHD) (60% of the role) and Rural Agency (40% of the role). CHD sells large residential country houses over and above £3 million across the UK through a network of circa 19 agents and our Rural Agency department, who sell a wide variety of small amenity farms to large rural estates across the UK.

You will be responsible for developing and executing tailored marketing plans, ensuring they reflect the unique audiences of both divisions, while integrating seamlessly into the broader brand strategy. From managing budgets and delivering flagship events to building external partnerships and spotting new opportunities, you’ll be the driving force behind innovative, high-quality marketing that elevates our profile and supports sales.

Requirements
  • Marketing qualified, three years’ experience minimum in a similar role
  • Able to work from our Margaret Street (London) headquarters 3 days a week minimum. You will be empowered to balance your time effectively based on your stakeholder needs and the business objectives
  • Able to travel across the UK to meet with stakeholders/offices and deliver events as needed
  • Ideally has a passion for the countryside, an interest in farming and rural property, and some knowledge of UK geography
  • Driving licence
