A leading UK online pharmacy seeks a CRM Marketing Executive for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The candidate will manage email campaigns for various brands, ensuring strategic alignment with eCommerce teams. Responsibilities include creating briefs, building and sending emails, and analyzing campaign performance. Essential skills include strong email marketing experience and proficiency with tools like Sailthru and Tableau. This is a full-time position with a hybrid working model in Leeds.
Role: CRM Marketing Executive – 12 Month FTC
Location: Leeds, LS15 8GB (Hybrid – Once per month required on site)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, DOE, plus extensive benefits
Contract type: Fixed term contract
Employment type: Full time
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. We work on a core hours principle. Our core hours are 09:30 - 16:00; you can work around these to suit you!

Own the day‑to‑day planning, build, QA, send and reporting of CRM emails for LloydsPharmacy.com Shop (LP), Pharmacy2U Shop, and Chemist Direct. The role balances hands‑on execution with clear, simple insights that inform trading and marketing decisions.
