12 Months FTC offering £46,000 per annum + great benefits

£8,000 Travel Assistance (HCAS)

Generous pension (12% Personal Contribution + 23% Employer Contribution)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT professional to join during the transition of legacy case management systems to modern, cloud-based solutions. Your role will focus on maintaining and supporting on-prem legacy systems during ongoing transformation to cloud-based (AWS) software as a service (SaaS).

Your role would be 60% focused on supporting Applications/systems that sit on SQL, and 40% on general Infrastructure support. Therefore, we are seeking an all-rounder with good SQL knowledge.

What You Will Do

• Provide expert support and maintenance for legacy case management systems (Extranet, CMS, DTS, EKS2, and ADMS) in collaboration with IT teams.
• Ensure the smooth operation of legacy systems during the transition to cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, implementing necessary fixes.
• Contribute to system optimization to meet evolving business needs.
• Assist in coordinating upgrades, patches, and general system maintenance for both legacy and cloud-based systems.

What do you need to be successful?

• Strong experience in SQL Server management and replication.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL scripts for system management and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint (on-premise & cloud).
• Experience managing and troubleshooting IIS web services.
• Understanding of API integration for system compatibility and data sharing.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and related infrastructure.
