Job Description

Senior IT Engineer - Barnet - MSP - £45K-£55K (DOE)

A Senior IT Engineer with a solid understanding of Windows Server implementation and administration, O365, Azure, and an MSP background is required by a well-established Microsoft Gold Partner based in Barnet.

This tight-knit MSP has been trading for over 15 years, supporting SMEs across the South of England and overseas. They pride themselves on training and development opportunities and their stellar client retention rate. To support their growth, they have recently moved to a new office in Barnet.

What we're looking for:

• Strong background within close-knit IT MSPs
• Windows Server 2016 and above (implementation, migration, administration)
• Virtualisation: Hyper-V, VMware
• O365 Admin Centre (SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Group Policy (DNS/DHCP)
• Experience managing cloud-hosted environments (Azure)
• Networking: LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, firewall and switch configuration
• Full UK Drivers Licence

Role Responsibilities:

In this Senior IT Engineer role, you will:

• Assist in developing the technical knowledge within the support team
• Act as the final escalation point for the 1st & 2nd Line Support teams
• Work on cloud-based projects and support career growth through project exposure
• Occasionally visit customer sites
