A specialist education service provider in the UK is seeking an experienced ICT support/field engineer to provide on-site and remote support. The ideal candidate should have experience with Windows Server products and Microsoft Office 365, along with strong communication skills. A valid UK driving license is essential for site visits across various locations. This full-time role offers an opportunity to develop skills in a dynamic environment.

We are seeking an experienced ICT support / field engineer to join our established and growing team on a full time basis, covering a wide range of ICT duties for a specialist Education focussed managed service provider.
The applicant should be a highly motivated individual who is looking to develop their skills within the field of I.T. This is a customer-facing role and therefore good communication skills and a professional attitude are essential.
The role involves providing support and consultancy by telephone, remote support and on-site on a day to day basis. The successful applicant will attend daily site visits in Thurrock and Basildon areasand possibly further afield on the rare occasion, which will require a full UK driving license and use of a car is essential.
- Previous experience and/or qualifications in current Windows Server products and services (Active Directory / DNS / DHCP / Group Policy)
- Strong administration and maintenance of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft 365, Intune, Google Education etc
- Desktop and Server Hardware upgrade / installation and troubleshooting
