Job summary
A dynamic HR consultancy is seeking an experienced HR Operations Partner to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hybrid role involves delivering HR strategies, supporting TUPE processes, and enhancing employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have significant HR operations experience in sectors like manufacturing or logistics, with strong TUPE knowledge and excellent communication skills. A competitive salary of up to £42,360 is offered, along with a car allowance and pension benefits.

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Partner on a 6 fixed term contract, to join a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing / logistics environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional to make an impact by supporting organisational change, TUPE processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Deliver HR strategy on-site in partnership with the senior management team.
- Support the smooth transition of TUPE consultation.
- Assist with organisational design, workforce planning, and capability initiatives.
- Support onboarding, development, and training of staff across multiple sites.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, processes, and compliance.
- Provide guidance on performance management, engagement, and employee forums.
- Proven experience in HR operations, ideally within manufacturing, logistics, or retail sectors.
- Strong understanding / experience of TUPE regulations and experience managing consultation processes.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, capable of working closely with senior leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
