Were partnering with a forward-thinking organisation to find a dynamic

HR Business Partner

whos passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences and shaping a positive, high-performance culture.

In this role, youll build strong relationships across the business, act as a trusted expert on HR policy and employment law and support leaders on key people topics including performance, wellbeing, onboarding, engagement, and employee relations. Youll also take ownership of benefits and rewards, support recruitment and absence management and contribute to L&D initiatives.

What youll be doing :
  • Partnering with leaders and employees to drive a people-first culture
  • Providing expert HR guidance on policy, compliance, and best practice
  • Supporting performance management, conduct, capability and wellbeing
  • Managing benefits, reward processes and job documentation
  • Assisting with recruitment, absence management, and occasional fleet queries
  • Contributing to L&D strategy and development
What were looking for :
  • Proven HR / People Operations experience, ideally in a BP role
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Confident handling sensitive ER matters with discretion
  • Strategic, inclusive mindset with a passion for employee engagement
  • Chartered CIPD membership

Full UK driving licence
