HR Operations Partner

Location: Rugby - Hybrid - 4 days on-site

Contract: 6 Months - FTC, potential extension possibility

Salary: Up to£42,360

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Partner on a 6 fixed term contract, to join a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing / logistics environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional to make an impact by supporting organisational change, TUPE processes, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver HR strategy on-site in partnership with the senior management team.
  • Support the smooth transition of TUPE consultation.
  • Assist with organisational design, workforce planning, and capability initiatives.
  • Support onboarding, development, and training of staff across multiple sites.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, processes, and compliance.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, engagement, and employee forums.
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in HR operations, ideally within manufacturing, logistics, or retail sectors.
  • Strong understanding / experience of TUPE regulations and experience managing consultation processes.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, capable of working closely with senior leaders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
