A leading G15 Housing Association is searching for an HR Business Partner to drive key people initiatives across the organization. This role involves working closely with senior leaders and leading transformation projects. Candidates should have significant experience in HR roles, particularly in stakeholder management and understanding of complex employee relations matters. The position is hybrid, based in Kings Cross, with an immediate start date in January 2026. Competitive hourly rates are offered.

This influential HR Business Partner role will see you working closely with senior leaders to drive forward key people initiatives across the business. With the clients interview availability confirmed for 16th, 17th and 18th December, we are now shortlisting immediately.

Please note: the organisation is closed 24 Dec – 2 Jan, hence the January start date.
Rates: £29.44 per hour PAYE / £38.98 per hour Umbrella
Contract: 5th or 12th January 2026 start – Contract to March 2026 initially
