A growing HR consultancy firm in Cambridge is looking for an HR & Talent professional to join their expanding team. This newly created position involves managing recruitment strategies, providing HR support, and designing employee development programs. Candidates should have proven experience in HR and recruitment along with a strategic mindset. This role offers a hybrid working model with flexibility and is perfect for someone eager to innovate within the HR function.
Looking for a newly created role that combines HR & Talent? This super exciting opportunity is a crucial hire as this expanding business enters the next phase of growth, which includes a significant increase in headcount. There are some key roles to fill across Science, Operations, Technical and Support roles, so experience recruiting in these areas would be beneficial. This is absolutely a role you can make your own and will be a 50/50 split between talent and HR. You'll be joining a small, but busy HR function with this role requiring creativity, autonomy and new ideas!
We'd love to hear from you if you've got proven recruitment and practical HR/ER experience and have that strategic mindset with hands‑on operational capability too! You'll be skilled in using integrated HR technologies to streamline processes and support data‑driven decisions and be confident using HRIS/ATS's.
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent and experience of doing international recruitment would be desirable.
Interviews take place early January.
Cambridge with hybrid working (2-3 days a week in the office).
Monday-Friday - Full time with flexibility over start/finish times.
Negotiable.
