Qualifications

  • Experience of driving HR change across an assigned business area.
  • Proven application of current Employment Law practices.
  • Experience in leading and advising on cultural change.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and support leadership teams on people-related activities.
  • Develop and implement the Company's People Plan.
  • Drive engagement, retention, and cultural change initiatives.
  • Resolve Employee Relations activities in partnership with the ER Team.
  • Monitor people metrics and trends to influence business decisions.
