As part of our ongoing Transformation Programme, we are looking for an HR Lead to support our ambitious HRIS Programme on a fixed-term contract basis.
The role of HR Lead in the HRIS project will be responsible for implementing SuccessFactors, working closely with our implementation partner. This role is vital within the Tarmac project team.
As the HR Lead, you will be an experienced SuccessFactors functional consultant or a Senior HR Manager with experience in implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Recruitment, and Onboarding. You should have a passion for creating people solutions and a strong commitment to delivering customer satisfaction. This role involves identifying opportunities to streamline and simplify processes within organizational guidelines.
This is a fixed-term contract expected to last one year.
