Job summary
A charity organisation in Oxford is seeking an experienced HR Manager to enhance their work culture and compliance with employment regulations. This hybrid role offers a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per year. The successful candidate will foster staff development by overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and implementing HR strategies that align with organisational goals. You must have over 3 years of HR experience and hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification to apply.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Experience in building HR strategy for small businesses is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws.
- Provide guidance on workplace disputes and disciplinary procedures.
- Lead redundancy processes with fairness and transparency.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
