Job Description

As a CEO, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the organization's strategic plan in alignment with its mission and values.
  • Inspire and lead a team of 30 staff members across various functions.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Fundraising & Partnerships:

  • Lead fundraising efforts, including donor cultivation, grant applications, and corporate sponsorships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
  • Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and donor meetings.

Program Oversight:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of youth empowerment programs and community events.
  • Ensure program quality, impact measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with program leads to align initiatives with strategic goals.

Governance & Operations:

  • Work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure effective governance.
  • Oversee financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Essential:

  • Proven leadership experience in the nonprofit or social impact sector.
  • Demonstrated success in fundraising and donor relationship management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience managing teams and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Passion for youth development and social equity.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with corporate partners and CSR initiatives.
  • Familiarity with event planning and community engagement.
  • Knowledge of impact measurement and program evaluation.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Public Administration, Business)
