Work Schedule: 5 days office-based (no remote work)

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Start: Jan 2026

Working hours: 08:30-17:30

• Handling telephone enquiries in English and Japanese
• Order input, issuing sales slips, issuing purchase slips
• Supporting purchasing and import operations
• Issuing invoices and dispatch

• Japanese to mother-tongue standard or JLPT N1
• Experience in SAP
• Must have previous experience in sales administration or import administration
