Job summary

A leading HR service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking an HR Shared Services Coordinator to deliver high-quality HR service to employees and managers. Responsibilities include administering onboarding activities, supporting payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The ideal candidate should have solid HR administration experience and strong communication skills. This role is contract-based for 3 months with a pay rate of £13 per hour.

Qualifications

• Solid HR administration experience, including payroll data collation.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritise.
• Able to work independently using initiative within set processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer onboarding activities including drafting and sending letters and contracts.
• Support payroll administration, including processing starters, leavers, and changes.
• Ensure accurate data entry within the MyHR system.
