The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or luxury settings, alongside a bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruitment, enhancing talent acquisition, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in retail or a luxury environment.
• Ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for UK stores and concessions.
• Build talent pipelines for key store roles.
• Partner with Store Managers on recruitment capability.
