Qualifications

• Experience as a HR Director or Senior HR Leader with involvement in transformative change.
• Proven background in HR Transformation, Organisational Design, or People & Change Consulting.
• Strong capability in TOM design and HR process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Target Operating Model improvements and refine processes.
• Act as the liaison between HR and the COO.
• Develop strategic workforce solutions and translate requirements into HR frameworks.
