An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new member to join the Medical Resourcing Team at MCHFT. As a Medical Resourcing Officer you will support our clinical divisions with the recruitment and temporary staffing arrangements of medical staff, providing administrative support and delivering a first‑class customer service. The role is great for networking and building relationships with different departments. You will work closely with all medical staff, senior managers, HR teams, divisional service teams, executive directors, outside agencies and other Trust staff as necessary to meet service need. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to embrace and develop this fast‑paced and interesting role. You must be an effective communicator, possess excellent IT skills (Outlook, MS Teams, Microsoft Word and Excel), have excellent accuracy and attention to detail and be able to organise and prioritise your work.
