Shaw Healthcare is looking for a Residential Team Leader to join our team at Plas Cae Crwn. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. Our goal is to deliver the highest standard of care, comparable to what we would want for our own families. We utilize the latest care technology to enable you to spend more quality time with our residents. Plas Cae Crwn is highly regarded as a valued provider of care, with residents’ needs at the core of all we do daily.

As a Team Leader, you should have experience working with older adults in residential care. Flexibility, patience, organization, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required, along with a qualification or working towards a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with residents, their families, healthcare professionals, and your Line Manager. You will ensure families feel welcomed, healthcare professionals are well-informed, and residents’ needs and progress are communicated effectively. As a team player, you will follow guidelines and policies and maintain good documentation, including care plans.
